Crustless savoury pie

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup milk (mix in with eggs)
1 cup grated cheese
3 rashers bacon, cut fine
1/2 onion (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Mix all together and place either in a pie dish or muffin cases.
Bake at 180 C for 10 – 15 minutes. I’m not too sure of the time so test it

This is a good recipe for using up left overs. Replace bacon with ham, add corn, slice of tomato on the top. Use what you have. The egg and milk mix will set it.
