Serves 6, Prep time 5 min, Cooking time 15 minutes.
250 g pork fillet, cut into thin strips
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1,125 litres (4 1/2 cups) chicken stock – either from the water from cooking chicken bones, or use a chicken stock cube.
12,5 ml soy sauce
5 ml (1 teaspoon) salt
1. Combine the stock, salt, soy sauce and pork in a large saucepan (pot), and bring to the boil for 10 minutes.
2. Add the cucumbers and bring back to the boil for 3 minutes.
Serve at once.
Just made this and it was delicious.
